Qualification Requirements:
- Ph.D. or M.Phil or an equivalent degree in Agriculture Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Genetic Engineering, Biological Sciences, or Agriculture.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in positions at B5 level or higher in Government or Semi-Government organizations.
- Experience in Biotechnology and Biosafety-related roles, with a good understanding of relevant MEAS national regulations.
- Possession of strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project progress tracking.
- The incumbent will serve as the overall project execution leader.
Qualification Requirements for Administrative and Finance Roles:
- A Second Class or Grade C Master’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, Agriculture, Economics, or M. Com, or any other relevant discipline recognized by HEC.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in positions at BS 17 level or higher in Government, Semi-Government, or reputable organizations.
- Experience in administrative and finance-related roles.
